3.1 Information you provide to us

• Account information: Last name, first name, email address, password (encrypted)
• User profile: Profile photo, biography, links to social networks
• Professional information: Company name, SIRET (for businesses), social network statistics (for creators)
• Generated content: Campaigns created, posts, messages, comments
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe (we do not store your bank details)

• Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, actions performed
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device used

3.3 Data from third parties

• Meta (Instagram & Facebook): When you connect your Instagram or Facebook account, we receive your public profile information, your posts, and your engagement statistics (likes, comments, impressions) through the Instagram API with Instagram Login (Instagram Business Login) and Meta's Graph API
• TikTok: When you connect your TikTok account, we receive your display name, your profile photo, the list of your public videos and their engagement statistics (views, likes, comments, shares) through the TikTok for Developers API
• Supabase: Our database hosting provider
• Stripe: Transaction information for payments

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

• Provide, maintain and improve our services
• Create and manage your user account
• Connect businesses and creators for marketing campaigns
• Verify the authenticity of social accounts and measure campaign performance
• Process payments and transactions

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Some of our service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Meta, TikTok) may process data outside the European Union. We ensure that these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, Privacy Shield, etc.).

After your account is deleted, some data may be kept in anonymized form or for legal reasons.

12. Meta Integration (Instagram and Facebook)

When you connect your Instagram or Facebook accounts to GoTyps:
• We collect your username, profile ID, and avatar URL
• We import the data of your posts to verify your participation in campaigns
• We cannot publish, modify or delete content on your accounts
• You can disconnect your accounts at any time from your settings
• We comply with the Terms of Service of Meta and its APIs
• Data from Meta is used exclusively to verify your eligibility and measure campaign performance

13. TikTok Integration

When you connect your TikTok account to GoTyps:

• We collect your display name and the URL of your profile photo (user.info.basic permission)
• We access the list of your public videos (identifier, cover image, share link, title, duration, publication date) as well as their engagement statistics — views, likes, comments, shares (video.list permission)
• When you select one of your TikTok videos to assign it to a campaign, we download a copy of its cover image and host it durably on our own storage, because the URL provided by TikTok for this image expires after a few days. This copy is used only to display a preview of your post in the app and is kept under the same rules as your other data (see Section 8 "Data Retention")
• This data is used only to display your connected TikTok account in your profile, to let you select one of your videos when submitting a campaign, and to verify the statistics of that video to validate your eligibility for the campaign payment
• We never publish, modify or delete content on your TikTok account — no publishing permission is requested
• You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time from your settings
• We comply with the TikTok for Developers terms of service and its privacy policy

14. Children and Minors

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are under 18, you must use our services under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may change this privacy policy at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.

In the event of substantial changes, we will inform you by email or through a notification on the platform.
